Are We There Yet?

Are We There Yet?
This is the sign that is over the front door of Aileen's and my house, our home, going OUT. Meaning that when someone leaves our house they are going into the ACTUAL Mental Ward.

I've always felt that way. When it is considered how much ugliness and killing and hatred there is in the world today, it actually makes perfect sense that this sign is over the door going out of the house.

Because that's where the real mental ward is.

Fatal brain disease may have infected 13

Fatal brain disease may have infected 13

I will never deny under any circumstances, the what the medical community did for my darling Aileen.  While she was dying of liver cancer, was anything less than absolutely remarkable and heroic.  But at the same time, there is no way under any circumstances, and I'm going to let anyone from the medical community come anywhere near me, should I develop any kind of terminal illness.  As long as the medical community is allowed to police itself.  Which means that we the people of this country are basically allowing the Fox to be in charge of the henhouse.  As long as that condition remains true.  There's no way in the world I'm going to trust the medical community to have secure and safe medical practices regarding any kind of surgical procedure.  There are too many medical mistakes going on.

And that is why I am at the end of this article including source notes regarding the medical community.  To illustrate exactly how ineffective it is allowing the medical community to police itself.  The medical community needs to be brought under governmental control so that the medical community will be forced to to clean up its own medical mistakes and not to simply sweep them under the rug.

This story is more than tragic, because it means that there are 13 people, who did not have to end up suffering the way they are and that they are suffering.  That way, purely on the basis of how they were exposed to non-sterilized medical equipment, which is basically the law in this country that medical equipment must be sterilized.  And yet here we have 13 people who were exposed to surgical procedures, where the medical equipment was not sterilized.  Which means the hospital and the surgeons basically didn't give a damn about whether they saved anyone's lives because they were much more interested in the money they were getting than in saving lives.  Because actions always speak louder than words.
