Are We There Yet?

Are We There Yet?
This is the sign that is over the front door of Aileen's and my house, our home, going OUT. Meaning that when someone leaves our house they are going into the ACTUAL Mental Ward.

I've always felt that way. When it is considered how much ugliness and killing and hatred there is in the world today, it actually makes perfect sense that this sign is over the door going out of the house.

Because that's where the real mental ward is.

Capping Mortgage Interest Deduction Could Have “Chilling Effect” on Housing: Sharga | Daily Ticker - Yahoo! Finance

Capping Mortgage Interest Deduction Could Have “Chilling Effect” on Housing: Sharga | Daily Ticker - Yahoo! Finance

This is yet more proof of what I have just said in my previous post about the members of Congress disenfranchising members of their own constituency.  Because of their agreement.  And their sworn duty to protect and defend a private monetary agreement which is a tax pledge being forced upon them by Grover Norquist.  Because of the members of Congress were actually giving equal representation to all of their constituents as they are required to do under federal law.  That in fact this would not be one of the byproducts of their actions to refuse to do their duty to protect and defend the American public.

I've said a number of times of the Republican Party and Grover Norquist and the tea party don't really care how many people are thrown out of their homes.  Because Grover Norquist is demanding that the members of Congress pledge allegiance to and support this private monetary agreement regardless of how many American citizens are hurt in the process.

But the United States is a nation of laws.  Not a nation of private monetary or economic agreements such as this tax pledge.  That's the law.

And as I have said, Congressman Traficant was tried for this exact same crime under the RICO act pursuant to constitutional law and was found guilty.  So consequently, this news stories further substantiation that the members of Congress are in fact attempting to force taxation upon sections of their own constituencies by virtue of the fact that they are pledge allegiance to protect and defend a private economic agreement in the framework of this tax pledge above and beyond their duty to protect and defend the Constitution and to secure the right of no taxation without representation for their complete constituencies.

And of course this can be easily substantiated by the board of election registration records and records with the United States Census Bureau.

Therefore, the members of Congress who have pledged allegiance to protect and defend this economic agreement which is not part of constitutional law are attempting by their own actions.  To demonstrate nonfeasance, pursuant to their duties as members of the United States Congress.

Furthermore, the actions of placing more importance upon any agenda public or private than once duty to protect and defend the Constitution is an action that can be looked upon under constitutional law.  As seditious behavior.

Everyone wants to talk about the law.  Everyone wants to talk about their constitutional rights.  The fact of the matter is the Constitution guarantees equal rights for all Americans.  One of the founding principles of this nation was no taxation without representation.  But if the Republicans and the tea party members who signed this tax bring the are pledging allegiance to protect and defend this tax agreement above and beyond their duty to protect and defend the Constitution of these United States.  Then the members of Congress who are signing that tax agreement are as a result of their own free will by that action certifying that they will not give equal representation to portions of their own constituency who either did not vote for them or who did not.  And who do not support this private economic agreement in the framework of this tax pledge.

And again by virtue of that condition under federal law in the Constitution of these United States.  The action of presenting a private economic agreement in the framework of this tax pledge that in fact becomes an attempt by Grover Norquist and the members of the United States Congress who have signed to protect and defend this private economic agreement in the framework of the tax pledge, are in fact attempting by those actions to subvert the Constitution of these United States, which is again a federal crime under constitutional law.

If Traficant meeting Congressman Traficant was found guilty of this exact same behavior under constitutional and federal law.  So must the members of Congress in the United States Congress at this time who have signed on to this private economic agreement in the framework of this tax pledge also be found equally measured by that precedent.  Meaning that legal precedent.  And by measured I mean that the members of Congress right now live signed that private economic agreement in the framework of that tax pledge, are required, under federal law to not put themselves above the law.  And yet that is exactly what the tea party, the Republican Party are attempting to do.  To subvert the Constitution by placing themselves above the law.  Whereby they found it easy to have Congressman Traficant found guilty of the same behavior as a federal crime using the RICO act.  But when they are in fact committing the same actions as Congressman Traficant Republican Party and the tea party and Grover Norquist are attempting to define any member of Congress to sign that tax agreement as being above the law and not subject to the same federal penalties that they applied to Congress.  But Traficant for committing the same action.

And that also is a federal crime under constitutional law.

It's about the law, ladies and gentlemen.  It's not about making the laws of this nation.  Being based upon private economic agreements.  Because the day that that happens.  That means that the United States will no longer be a nation of laws.  And when that happens United States of America will no longer be, the United States of America.

I'm therefore calling upon all like-minded American citizens who believe in the Constitution of these United States and believe in their duty to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, domestic and foreign, contact the Department of Justice immediately and demand a formal investigation into Grover Norquist the members of the Republican Party and the tea party live signed and pledge their allegiance to reject and defend this private economic agreement in the framework of the tax pledge above and beyond their duty to protect and defend the Constitution.  And that all of their associates and supporters also be investigated for the potentiality of seditious behavior and attempting to violate various constitutional laws regarding this matter.

That we the people at the legal employers of the members of the United States Congress.  The Republican Party has no right whatsoever under any circumstances or under constitutional law to apply the penalties that they did to Congressman Traficant for committing the exact same action and time of behavior that the Republican Party and the tea party are now committing.  For those members of the Republican Party, the tea party not to be subject to the same criminal penalties for doing what Congressman Traficant was tried in a court of law is committing a federal crime for, means that the Republican Party is saying they are above the law.  And that is a federal crime under constitutional law and he is in fact in violation of their oath of office.  And so again at the very least we are looking at nonfeasance, if not malfeasance.

And as I've said before, I have no problem going into any court of law with any member of the Republican Party claims that this tax pledge is so important or with Grover Norquist to prove that the tax pledge is not being represented unilaterally by any of the constituencies of any of the members of Congress to sign that tax pledge.  And thereby those members of those constituencies I'm not being given equal representation of the law, whereby the provision of no taxation without representation is in fact being violated.  Which is also a federal crime.  It's the same action that the Republican Party used under the RICO act to try Congressman Traficant for the same behavior, where traffic and was found guilty and sent to federal prison.

Since Republican Party is doing exactly the same thing.  That means Congressman Traficant was subject to those federal law violations, then so should every member of the Republican Party in tea party also be subject to those same criminal law violations.  Because they are required to be so under constitutional law with the constitutional legal mandate and law.  That no member of Congress shall set themselves up above the people.  That's the law.

Therefore, as I said, I am recommending that all like-minded American citizens join with me in contact the Department of Justice request a formal investigation into Grover Norquist all of the members of the Republican Party in tea party live signed this private economic agreement pledging more support for it.  Then their duty to protect and defend the Constitution and secure the rights and liberties of the American people.  And all of their associates and supporters.

The legal precedent.  I am citing is not only shaped rebellion.  But I'm also citing Chief Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, who said quite clearly, it is impossible for anyone to protect and defend the Constitution and to secure the rights and liberties of the Constitution, when one is actively engaged in either abrogating or attempting to impeach any of those civil liberties or freedoms.

Contact the Department of Justice now request a formal investigation into this matter.
